The Martinsburg-Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting the 2010 Expo on Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the Martinsburg Mall. The Expo hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. An Exhibitor Mixer will be held immediately following the Expo from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for business to business networking. The EXPO provides you with an excellent opportunity to display your products and services to the community. Increased name recognition, possible leads in future sales and community involvement are just some of the benefits from participating. Extensive radio and newspaper advertising will reach over 300,000 people.

Since the number of booths and tables are limited, spacing is available on a first come, first served basis. Use this excellent opportunity to exhibit your company's products and services.

Exhibitor Booth
Chamber Members: $225 (before Sept. 3, 2010; $325 (after Sept. 3, 2010)
Non-Chamber Members: $400 (before Sept. 3, 2010; includes 1-year Chamber Membership); $500 (after Sept. 3, 2010)
Includes: Draped booth, 8' skirted table, chair, 2 chairs, sign with company name, and listing in newspaper tabloid. Booth size is 8' x 10'. Electrical hook-up (on a limited basis) is available to booths at no charge if indicated on application. 8' height limit on booth exhibits.

Table-Top Displays
Chamber Members: $150 (before Sept. 3, 2010); $250 (after Sept. 3, 2010)
Non-Chamber Members: $325 (before Sept. 3, 2010; includes 1-year Chamber Membership); $425 (after Sept. 3, 2010)
Includes: 8' skirted table, chair, sign with company name, and listing in newspaper tabloid. No floor space is available with a table top display. All display materials, etc. must be on top of the table,
